Cancellation Policy
Notification Period: Clients must provide a 24 to 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee. If you need to reschedule, please make the changes to your appointment under "My Bookings" in your account's dashboard. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours or the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost to account for the time reserved.
